I have curly shoulder length hair. I had foils, two colours applied by Lee. I'm really pleased with it. She did it so well and understood how the colour worked with the curls. Thanks so much Lee.

Angela at Silk, Mt Martha, worked miracles on my long grey hair yesterday as I hadn’t had a cut for 8 months due to a serious health condition/operation. I left with a fabulous new bob, was so impressed and felt like a new woman after my haircut - thank you, Angela! Highly recommend Silk.

I have long hair and Kitty matches the colour and ensures the foils are evenly placed. The colour is so good I have not needed a toner.
I have booked in again for 6 weeks and also Christmas Eve.

I booked my appointment and was looked after by Lee, my experience at Silk was exceptional, my hair was in bad condition, Lee approached my hair with total professionalism, I was provided with home care products K18, these products were also used on my hair on the day resulting in my hair feeling stronger and healthier instantly.
I walked out of the salon feeling beautiful!!

I walked in with tired, straggly hair which was making me look and feel older than my years, and walked out totally buzzing and wanting to hit the town. I had a strong feeling that I was going to be thrilled with the outcome - and I certainly was. Thank you Bernadette and the Silk team for this magical experience of hair crafting and transformation, I’m so grateful and I’m looking forward to next time.

Silk salon is a lovely place to visit. The staff are welcoming and the complimentary welcome neck massage is an example of the level of customer care offered. I have really appreciated the special care provided by Elkie as I recovered from surgery. Highly recommended!

Today I was made to feel very special for 2 hours by Elysse, with a full body scrub and a most amazing facial. My skin feels fabulous and my face looks smooth and nourished. I feel like my cup is full again. I highly recommend you treat yourself too!!

I am extremely happy with the services provided. Big thanks to Elke and Adina for such great service. They are both wonderful.
Adina did such a wonderful job with QiQi, my hair feels great and so manageable.
I have never had any hair colouring done before this, but Elke did an amazing job with my hair, i got so many compliments from friends and family. She completely understood what i wanted and couldn’t be happier with the end result. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the appointment. Will definitely be coming back.

I absolutely love visiting Silk. All the ladies are so friendly and welcoming.
Angela is amazing with hair color and styling. My hair always feels so healthy and shiny. She is incredible at understanding exactly what I am after. She is so friendly, caring and easy to talk to. I really enjoy catching up with her.
Elise is such a caring and thoughtful lady. Very nurturing and her facials are so relaxing. My skin always feels amazing after she has done her work. She also takes time and care when doing waxing and tinting. Never rushing and always making sure I am happy.
It’s the little touches at Silk too that make you feel special. The welcome massage and tea is always a lovely touch. The smiles on all their faces puts you in a great mood straight away. It’s an enjoyable experience every time I go there. I tried a few hairdressers since moving to the Peninsula before I found Silk. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Angela is an excellent stylist. I appreciate the effort she has made to understand what I truly want done with my hair. We had a detailed consultation before my style change, she asked many questions and looked at pictures and always checked that we were on the same page.
She has given me an expertly done pixie cut, with a cool colour to match.
The salon itself has a lovely atmosphere providing a relaxing experience. There are nice added touches like a complementary head and shoulder massage and cup of tea.

got the qiqi hair permanent straightening treatment and it’s amazing I’ve never been this happy about my hair! So shiny and silky!
Kitty was fabulous and did such a good job cant thank her enough. All round great experience at such a lovely salon with welcoming and friendly workers , will be coming back !!

Every time I visit Silk it’s wonderful!! Elise’ attention to her clients is absolutely 150% making sure they feel nothing but absolutely valued, pampered and appreciated. Leanne and her delightful team always welcome you with a warm smile and the attention to customers is always fantastic. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the service is amazing. Not only can I recommend Silk for their great cutters, colourists and stylists, but also their massage treatments as well. Any built up tension or muscle aches melt away under the skilful hands of Elise. Silk gives their clients that little bit extra to really help have a truly relaxing experience.
